Risk Assessment of Supply Chain Finance in Real Estate Industries

摘要


In recent years, supply chain financing has a profound impact on enterprises to solve financing difficulties and expand financial services. By selecting the enterprise historical financial data and some financial evaluation indexes, to build an enterprise credit risk assessment system. And the logistics regression model is used to predict the level of financing credit, this provides the basis for commercial bank credit. The empirical study shows that the logistic regression model of SPSS can forecast the influence degree of enterprises in some factors. Given the needs of real estate enterprises to guard supply chain financial risks, this paper also suggests that commercial banks continue to collect, sort out and improve the real estate credit database, establish the latest risk assessment model of real estate based on the financial data of 2020.
