Analysis of Influencing Factors of Financial Intention of College Students Based on Logistic Regression and Random Forest

摘要

This paper collects relevant data on the investment and financial management of college student in the form of questionnaires, and then analyzes the status quo of college students' investment and financial management. At the same time, this article uses Logistic model to carry out regression analysis of influencing factors. Further, a random forest model was established through R language to analyze the importance of each variable. Through the regression results, we find that the factors affecting the investment and financial management of college students include: major, family financial management, disposable funds remaining, students around the financial situation. Then, suggestions and measures are put forward from the perspectives of individuals, schools, families and financial institutions.
