運用線性結構模式探討休閒參與對教師工作壓力之關係研究

Applying Linear Structural Equation Models to Study the Influence of Recreation Participation and the Teacher's Job Stress

摘要


本研究旨在探討休閒活動參與及教師工作壓力之關係。調查對象係以臺中市國中教師為主,其次進行問卷設計及得到有效問卷400份。入資料建檔後,利用SPSS統計軟體以因素分析、信度分析、項目分析予以分析,並且探討運用LISREL線性關係模式以AMOS軟體驗證其因果關係其所設模式之適配程度。運用LISREL線性關係模式進行考驗,結果發現本研究模式大致獲得支持,能解釋主要變數間的因果關係。從檢定結果分析建議:期望能藉由此次研究結果及發現,學校單位能提供休閒參與的機會與品質,並希望能降低工作壓力,塑造優質的工作環境。

The purposes of this study were to discuss the relationship between recreation participation and the teacher's job stress. and the subjects were systematically selected from junior high school teachers in Tai-chung City. second, designed the questionnaires and had 400 valid questionnaires were obtained. After inputting the information, this research made factor analysis, reliability analysis, item analysis by using the statistical software SPSS, and verify the causality of factor structure linear relationship and degree of fitting model with AMOS statistical software. Examining the research with linear relationship model, finding the results can support and conform to the hypothesis of research, also, interpreting the causality among the major variable. and then makes some suggestions as below: By the result of this study, hoped to supply the junior high school a important basis for enhance recreational participation opportunities and quality, Hope that can alleviate the job stress, promote an work environment of quality.
