The Influence of Social Capital on the Employment Stability of New Generation Migrant Workers

摘要

This paper discusses the employment stability of the new generation of farmers from the perspective of social capital. Based on the data of China Labor Dynamic Survey (CLDS) in 2016, the OLS model is used for regression analysis, and the following conclusions are drawn: expanding the social network model can improve the employment stability of the new generation of migrant workers. The closer the relationship, the lower the risk of migrant workers, and the more stable the employment. The new generation of migrant workers with higher educational level are more inclined to actively look for better opportunities, They are more picky about job requirements and are more likely to leave voluntarily.
