摘要

Under the goal of ＂carbon peak and carbon neutralization＂, the Yangtze River Delta region shoulders the strategic mission of implementing green development and takes environmental governance as the primary task. Firstly, based on the relevant theories of environmental governance of urban agglomeration and based on the regional integration of the Yangtze River Delta, this paper reveals the temporal and spatial evolution characteristics of environmental pollution in the Yangtze River Delta from a dynamic perspective. Secondly, according to the time series data of carbon emissions in the Yangtze River Delta from 2000 to 2019, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the influencing factors of environmental pollution in the Yangtze River Delta from the pollution source, and finally puts forward the governance paths and policy suggestions of source control and joint prevention control, Provide scientific decision support for the formulation of outstanding and effective environmental protection measures in the Yangtze River Delta.
