Research on the Education and Training of Top Talent in Business English Major

摘要


At present, China's business English major is in a critical period of quality improvement, and it is crucial to comprehensively improve the cultivation ability of the top talent in business English major. This paper points out the problems of low knowledge application ability, weak comprehensive competitiveness, and insufficient innovation and entrepreneurship ability of students that generally appear in the process of cultivating business English talents at present. In order to comprehensively improve the comprehensive ability of students majoring in business English , suggestions are made in the five core directions of enhancing the level of professional construction, improving the quality of professional teaching, promoting the reform of assessment methods, carrying out in‐depth school‐enterprise cooperation and improving the effective guarantee mechanisms, with a view to promoting the better development of business English major and cultivating a large number of high‐level and application‐oriented top talent in business English major.
