Enterprise Digital Transformation: A Literature Review

摘要

In the context of the wave of digitalization sweeping the world, the digital economy is reshaping the global economic map. As the micro‐subject of industrial upgrading and the micro‐foundation of the digital economy, the digital transformation of enterprises has become an unavoidable topic and research hotspot. Based on the research of the existing literature, this paper sorts out the concept, motivation, path and economic consequences of enterprise digital transformation from four perspectives, and tries to build a basic framework for enterprise digitalization research, so as to help enterprises independently promote digital transformation and the country's promotion of digital economy. Policies provide some reference.
