企業轉型的評估模型-以I公司為例

摘要


本論文旨在探討企業轉型的必要性,以及轉型的應有作為,本文依據學術論點及個 人產業實務經驗結合為一轉型的分析模型,再以 I 公司為研究對象,套用該模型, 檢視模型的適用度。當然一家數據不足確認其適用性,未來研究期能作更多的企業 分析以確認其信賴度。本文研究之後,提出下列結論及建議: (1) 企業必須持續不斷進行轉型,以追求成長及基業長青 (2) 成功的轉型必須以核心競爭力為主軸,建構整體全盤的競爭力(配套作為),成功 才能長久,只掌握單項因素只能提供短時間的成功。 (3) 轉型過程必須把握 S-P-E-D-C-A 流程,以增加企業轉型的成功率 (4) 本文提出的企業轉型評估模型可作為建構整體競爭力的參考。 (5) 組織組成單元“人”是最重要的生產要素。投入時必須包含心靈力的投入, 才能得到良好的效能,亦即生產力=生理力 X 心靈力。

The purpose of the paper is to explore the imperative of enterprise transformation and what must be done for its transformation. The evaluation model of enterprise transformation showed in the paper is based on some academic theory and my personal practical experience in the industry filed, and its feasibility is also verified by applying the model to the study of company I. Nevertheless, the conclusion drawn from a single company is limited and not sufficient to prove its applicability. Hopefully, anyone who is interested in the evaluation model can apply it to more enterprise transformation analyses and to validate the reliability of this model. The results and suggestions generated from the study are as below: 1. Enterprises should proceed transformation continuously for pursuing growth and evergreen. 2. A successful enterprise transformation has to establish an integrative competitiveness from its core competence that means the aggregated process is very important for success and evergreen. 3. To improve the success rate of transformation, it is a must to comply with the procedures of S-P-E-D-C-A (Study-Plan-Evaluation-Do-Check-Action) while conducting tansformation operation. 4. The evaluation model of enterprise transformation showed in the paper is also referable and applicable to build up enterprise competitiveness. 5. “People” is one of the elements composed the organization, and also one of production factor. The productivity is the combination of physiology power as well as mental power. That means: Productivity = physiology power x mental power
