Aiming at the ultrasonic vibration processing of aramid paper honeycomb core composite materials, a new type of straight-edged cutting tool structure is taken as the research object. Based on forward cutting and tool movement characteristics, the relationship model between the cutting tool structure parameters, cutting parameters and cutting force is established. The calculation of the model was performed using MATLAB software, and the rule of influence of cutting parameters on cutting forces was obtained. Through cutting experiments, it was found that the error between the theoretical cutting force and the actual cutting force does not exceed 15%. The developed cutting force model can be used for Assess cutting forces in ultrasonic cutting of honeycomb core composites by straight-blade knives.
