Overview of Fault Location in Distribution Networks with Distributed Power Sources

摘要

With the rapid development of social technology and economy, it is an inevitable trend to access distributed power in the distribution network. However, the access of DG increases the complexity of the distribution network, and it also brings new challenges to the locates faults in the distribution network. When the distribution network fails, DG will increase or decrease the fault current. Based on the research results of active power distribution network fault location at home and abroad in recent years, this paper mainly introduces the fault point location and fault section location of the active power distribution network. Finally, it analyzes the research difficulties and challenges of current active power distribution network fault location and fault section location.
