The Strategy of Public Space Renovation based on Old Residential Areas: A Case Study of Tengzhou City

摘要

In this paper, two old residential areas in Tengzhou City that have been renovated are selected as research objects. The data collected by means of survey method, observation method, and literature research method are summarized by the experience summary method. The purpose is to analyze the comparison of the number of uses before and after the renovation of the daily use of public spaces after the renovation of the two old residential areas. And based on the problems existing in the transformation process, we analyze and propose relevant optimization strategies.
