近年來「閒置空間再利用」在行政院文建會積極推動下,各地方政府莫不積極參與並發掘「閒置空間」,將原本具歷史性之建築物修繕再利用,並注入新的軟體服務設施及地方活動,達到活化地區與資源共享之理念。但是一般有關歷史建築群及其環境的再利用迄今尚較少有所討論,在現階段歷史建築及古蹟保存維護的原則與手法中,多以單棟建築本體為主要考量對象,因而使得建築本體與其他建物及地域環境之關係疏離。儘管《文化資產保存法》中,有再利用與景觀的相關規定,但似乎與「歷史建築群及環境的再利用」之意涵有所差距。 本研究之主旨在探討歷史建築群及其環境的再利用的意義與內涵,並藉由環境的規劃及控制,使歷史建築的保存與之相得益彰,並共同營造、重現完整的歷史情境,藉由相關之環境分析及歷史因素的導入,建立歷史建築群之環境分析及評估方法,以深入瞭解其特色,並建構其再利用之原則。在實質練習上,擬以南海學園為案例,作為檢驗的對象,從環境之分析,尋找具歷史意義之空間,並依其分析之等級,作不同程度之再利用,試著達到不僅是達到經濟之效益,也能使歷史建築得到保存及再利用之可行性。
Under the encouragement by The Council for Cultural Affairs (CCA)“Adaptive Reuse of public Deserted space” has gradually come into notice in Taiwan in the recent years. Local administrations are now actively searching for “public deserted space”, and attempt to renovate historical architecture. New software, facilities and activities are being introduced to bring new life back to these places, to fulfill the ideal of making these resources more accessible to the public. However until now, the redevelopment strategy of historical buildings and it’s environment have not been discussed yet. Based on the principles and the handling methods of 《Culture Assets Conservation Regulation》in the present stage, the redevelopment of the deserted space of historical buildings’ is based on the building itself without concerning the surrounding environment and other historical building, which enlarges the gap between the outlook of the historical sites’ and the conservation areas or landscapes. The main theme of this research is to study the meaning and the culture of the renewed usage of historical buildings and external environment. Under a series of planning and proper protection of the historical buildings and surrounding environment, both of the historical buildings and the external environment will get advantage at the same time. Under the new co-ordination between the historical buildings and the external environment, a complete historical environment can then be reproduced. Through the usage of environment analysis, landscape analysis and historical factor, we can then establish the methods and principles of redevelopment of the historical buildings. Practically, this research uses Nanhai Cultural Area as an example. Based on the analyzation of the historical buildings and external environment, the searching of the historical meanings and the different redevelopment of distinct environment, economic benefits could then be raised. Accordingly, both the conservation value and the possibility of implementing the renewed usage of historical buildings will increase.
