Study on Catalysts for Catalytic Coupling of Ethanol to Olefins

摘要


Under the situation of global carbon neutralization, with the improvement of biochemical technology, biomass energy ethanol, which can be recycled and has sufficient resources, has been widely used in industry. Catalyst selection and temperature are important parameters affecting chemical reaction. Therefore, it is of great significance to find the optimal combination of catalyst and temperature to improve ethanol conversion and olefin selectivity. Firstly, the relationship between ethanol conversion, olefin selectivity and reaction control temperature were studied. Based on the least square principle, the quantitative relationships between ethanol conversion, olefin selectivity and temperature were obtained by polynomial fitting method. After testing, the fitting coefficient values of each group are greater than 0.95, so the fitting model can be used. Taking the group as an example, the fitting function is y = 0.112*10^(-2)x^2-0.5x+57.9 and. At the temperature, the reaction performance under the combination of the catalyst and temperature is analyzed. Similarly, the polynomial fitting method is used to simulate the time series of ethanol conversion rate and the selectivity of each product. The conclusions are as follows: ① the ethanol conversion rate decreases first and then tends to be stable with time, and the highest conversion rate can reach 88%; ② Olefin selectivity is the highest compared with other reaction products in the whole time period; ③ The performance of the catalytic reaction depends not only on the combination of catalysts and reaction temperature, but also on the length of reaction time. Secondly, the effects of various catalyst combinations and temperature on ethanol conversion and C_4 olefin selectivity were analyzed and discussed. Firstly, the influence of catalyst is refined into Co loading k , Co / SiO_2 loading quality, HAP loading quality M and ethanol addition rate v , which are taken as five influencing factors together with temperature TT.
