氯苯氣相水解制苯酚LaCu/CaSAPO-5催化劑的研究

A Study on Catalyst LaCu/CaSAPO-5 as for Chlorobenzene Hydrolysis to Phenol

摘要


以三乙胺(C_2H_5)_3N 為模板劑,採用水熱晶化合成法,合成CaSAPO-5分子篩。該分子篩經離子交換負載鑭銅(LaCu/CaSAPO-5)後,用於氯苯氣相水解制苯酚反應,實驗結果表明該催化劑在460℃ 的反應溫度下,不僅具有良好的催化活性和選擇性,而且催化劑的熱穩定性和初期活性穩定性均呈現出較高的水準。通過XRD、IR、SEM、DTA及TG 等分析手段,表徵了催化劑的結構。

The CaSAPO-5 molecular sieve was synthesized hydrothermally in the presence of triethylamine (C_2H_5)_3N as the template. Ion-exchange method for the preparation of supported type of LaCu/CaSAPO-5 catalyst was used for vapor -phase hydrolysis of chlorobenzene to phenol. The experimental results indicated that activity and selectivity of catalyst is highed at 460 ℃, moreover, it still have more excellient properties such as great thermal stability and slow decline of activity. The structure of CaSAPO-5 and LaCu/CaSAPO-5 was characterized by means of XRD, lR, SEM, DTA and TG.
