Design of Control System for Turn-over Mechanism of Hydraulic Elevator

摘要


In the workover operation, the function of the new elevator is to pick up the oil pipe from the cat crossing and send the oil pipe to the wellhead. Before the elevator picks up the oil pipe, it needs to be flipped at a certain angle for easy grasping. In order to improve the efficiency of workover work, a hydraulic side-opening power elevator was developed. The elevator is driven by hydraulic pressure, and the elevator body can be stopped at any position within 0-90 degrees by the rotary mechanism. The hydraulic control system of the turnover mechanism was designed, the control system model was established, and it was simulated and verified in MATLAB/Simulink software, and the simulation results meet the design requirements.
