Changes in the international economic situation and the return of the real economy pose new challenges to economic development and personnel training. In this context, it is very important to improve the construction mechanism of "Double-qualified-teachers" teachers. Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems in the construction of "Double-qualified-teachers" teachers in local universities, this paper discusses how to promote the construction of "Double- qualified-teachers" teachers from four aspects of policy, school, enterprise and teachers, so as to consolidate professional theoretical knowledge and cultivate high-quality talents with super operational ability.
