摘要

The construction of ideological and political teaching innovation team in local normal colleges is helpfulto promote the reform of ideological and political education in schools, cultivate high‐quality socialist successors, integrate ideological and political education through the training of talents, promote the comprehensive development of students, and realize the same direction of various professional courses and ideological and political theory courses. The realization path of innovative team construction in ideological and political teaching in the course includes strengthening teacher training, improving ideological and political literacy, clarifying selection criteria, strengthening cooperation among teams, creating positive team spirit, and realizing collaborative education.
