Transcatheter Selective Intra‐arterial Interventional Thrombolysis Combined with Drugs Improves Muscle Strength Recovery and Nerve Function in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

Objective: To investigate the effect of selective intra‐catheter interventional thrombolysis combined with drugs on the recovery of muscle strength and nerve function in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods: 108 patients with cerebral infarction in the Department of Neurology of our hospital were selected and divided into group A and group B according to the random touch ball method. Group A was treated with intravenous thrombolysis and Ureklin injection, and 54 patients in group B were treated with transcatheter selective Cerebral artery interventional thrombolysis combined with Urekelin injection treatment; compare the recovery of muscle strength, nerve function in different periods, and clinical treatment effects between the two groups. Results: The rate of grade 4 and grade 5 muscle strength in group B was higher than that in group A (P＜0.05). After treatment, the levels of nerve growth factor (NGF), astrocyte‐derived protein (S100B), and neuron‐specific enolase (NSE) in the two groups were lower (P＜0.05). The total incidence of adverse events in group B was lower than that in group A (P＜0.05). Conclusion: In the treatment of cerebral infarction, the combined application of transcatheter selective intra‐arterial interventional thrombolysis and Ureklin injection can promote the improvement of patients' muscle strength and nerve function and reduce the incidence of adverse event.
