This paper starts with the analysis of the current situation of ideological and political course in higher vocational colleges, and integrates the scaffolding instruction into daily teaching. Based on the concept of cultivating qualified citizens as the curriculum goal, it highlights the cultivation of "three kinds of consciousness". From the academic research, enhance the theoretical depth and breadth of the teaching content; Taking classic cases as effective carriers to enhance the intuitiveness of the theory; Take classroom interaction discussion as an opportunity to strengthen theoretical knowledge cognition.
