Research on the Value Realization Mechanism of "Qingma Project" in Colleges and Universities in Minority Areas‐‐Take Guangxi as An Example

摘要


As a historic project shouldering the major task of cultivating and educating people, the "Qingma Project" has strong theoretical value, practical value, individual value and social value in the implementation of the "Qingma Project" in colleges and universities in ethnic areas. In the specific implementation process, it is also faced with difficulties such as single training subject, single training method, lagging training content, and imperfect management mode, and analyzes the reasons for the difficulties. Mechanism, training means coordination guarantee mechanism, multi‐directional extension of training mechanism, etc. to promote the path of value realization.
