摘要

When cultivating music talents, conservatories in Chinese universities should better combine theory with practice with the help of ＂going out＂ or ＂bringing in＂ college music from the perspective of internationalization, so as to achieve ＂double degree＂ training at home and abroad, ＂through train＂ or ＂external training plan＂, introduce foreign music experts to provide professional music education to students, so as to improve the training mode and training path of higher music talents in my country from the perspective of international education.
