摘要

At present, English reading teaching in Chinese colleges is an important measure to improve students' English ability, and also an important measure to improve the quality of English education for college students. But, for now the college students are in a state of relaxation, their enthusiasm and initiative of English are not very good, so, in this case, to further improve the level of English reading teaching, you need to give full play to the advantages of the network technology, based on the ＂+＂ Internet environment using a new system of English reading teaching, So as to further improve the deficiencies in English classroom teaching.
