摘要
In the face of the new normal of economic development and China entering a new era, the development of Guiyang National Economic and Technological Development Zone must keep pace with the times, coordinate the promotion of the ＂five‐in‐one＂ overall layout and the ＂four comprehensive ＂ strategic layout, and keep the Ecology and development are the two bottom lines, further improve overall planning, improve management systems and policy systems, promote institutional innovation, and form a new driving force for economic growth.
