Research on the Path of Building Applied Innovative Universities in Private Universities in Guangdong Province

摘要

Guangdong is located in the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau of China, and economic development cannot be separated from the innovation and vitality of talents, and it is an inevitable requirement to adhere to the core position of innovation and cultivate innovative, application‐oriented and skilled talents. Group schooling has become one of the important modes of private higher education.＂ The construction of private colleges and universities of ＂applied innovation＂ has unique modes and ways in value pursuit, school function, organizational governance and cultural core, and practical exploration of the concept of applied innovation into the whole field of governance, the whole process of talent cultivation and the implementation path of education and teaching in private colleges and universities. This paper explores the implementation path of integrating the applied innovation concept into the whole field of governance, the whole process of talent cultivation and the whole scope of education and teaching of colleges and universities through six sections: party construction, teaching, team, cultivation mode, employment and foreign exchange and cooperation, and campus security, which helps private colleges and universities better build an applied and innovative talent cultivation system to meet the market demand and better enhance the internal development of schools.
