華翻越譯本中語詞與文風過於口語情形之探討－以大眾媒體及公家機關的翻譯文本為例

近年，外籍人士來台求學、工作或是移民的比例日益增加，特別是越南籍人士。因此許多公家機關的文件資料需要有越南語版本以滿足讀者的需求。政府機關、觀光景點等公共場所也陸續提供越南語的服務，特別是雙語或多語的宣傳資料，如醫療或法規相關的文宣、道路或車站的路標、機場的警告標語、機關單位的公告、各項規定、表格，等。其中，提供最多越南語譯本服務的，是跟越南籍人士有關的公家機關，如衛生福利部國民健康署、新住民事務委員會、警察局、移民署、旅遊局等單位。這些譯本充當語言主體間的溝通橋樑，以達到讀者能理解所要傳送的資訊之目標。由於這些譯本屬於書面的類型，卻常出現語詞或文風過於口語的現象，因此如何減少或避免此情形發生的可能性是本研究的主要目的。本研究採用質性研究方法，將台灣大眾媒體及公家機關所提供的翻譯文本進行蒐集與分析，找出華翻越譯本中語詞及文風過於口語的情形及原因，並提出建議，以做為華越翻譯研究、培訓及越南語教學的重要參考依據。

The number of foreign citizens work, study, and migrated to Taiwan has increased significantly after 2000. Vietnamese is one of the largest migrant groups. Many governmental agencies are providing Vietnamese translation to meet this demand. Public spaces such as tourists' spots, city governments, hospitals, and public transportation have prepared regulation, forms, and announcements in Vietnamese. Among all of them, Health Promotion Administration, Ministry of Health and Welfare; New Immigration Agency, Civil Affairs Bureau; National Police; National Immigration Agency; and Tourism Bureau communicate with the target readers by offering translated brochures and other written documents. Nonetheless, those translated versions are often too colloquial in terms of word selection or writing style. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to seek a way to avoid this tendency and to assist to improve the accuracy of translation. This study implemented qualitative methodology. It collected translated texts via mass media and public spaces before conducting textual analysis. The purpose was for examining the current situation and cause for the colloquial writing style. This study suggests the solutions for improving the writing style which will be the fundamental resources for further references of Vietnamese-Chinese translation and language acquisition.
