A Study of The Mechanism of Crisis Prevention in The Organisation

Undeniably, the most important to crisis management is the most straightforward stage to deal with before a crisis happens. However, although there are symptoms at this time, they are not obvious, so most people are not easy to detect; or although they have felt it, they still think subjectively that it will not happen or are limited by other factors, so they haven't taken any action, and finally sit back and watch the crisis all along. It is a pity and unwise for it to happen. Suppose we can prevent the crisis from happening gradually. In that case, it will not only reduce a large amount of money and the consumption of many human resources and materials after the crisis occurs but also significantly improve efficiency and save many troubles that may arise. Therefore, working on crisis prevention before the crisis occurs is a tremendously worthwhile investment. The current study focuses on barriers to crisis prevention, traps of crisis prevention, crisis prevention mechanisms, and steps in establishing crisis prevention. The aim is to keep organizations from the crisis.
