學生參與數位學伴計畫之動機實施模式與成效探討

摘要


教育部於95年開始大力推動「偏鄉地區中小學課業輔導服務計畫」,此計畫是由各大專院校之大學生們於課後對各個國民中小學學童進行線上輔導,並利用數位學習的方式,陪伴偏鄉地區學童一同學習、成長,使其獲得更豐富的教學資源,也一併提升學習成效、縮短城鄉數位差距。本研究主要探討大學學生參與數位學伴的動機與目的,以及小學伴的後續學習意願,前者以H科大之大學生為例,後者則以地利國小之小學伴為例。本研究採質性研究,利用深度訪談去了解大學生參與此計畫的動機與目的,並了解偏鄉地區學童的弱勢,帶給他們更良好便利的教學資源與環境,同時也使大學生可以更了解社會不同的一面,提升自己對於社會弱勢的關心,並給予正面的幫助。

In 1995, the Ministry of Education began to vigorously promote the 〞Primary and Secondary School Curriculum Counseling Service Program〞 in the rural areas. This project is to provide online tutoring to students of all national primary and secondary schools after class, and to use digital learning. The way to accompany the students in the rural areas to learn and grow together, so that they can obtain more abundant teaching resources, and also improve learning outcomes and shorten the gap between urban and rural areas. This study mainly explores the motivation and purpose of university students' participation in digital companions, as well as the willingness to follow up in primary schools. The former is based on the college students of H University, and the latter is taken as an example of the elementary school partners in the village. This study used qualitative research to understand the motivation and purpose of college students to participate in the project, and to understand the disadvantages of students in the rural areas, to bring them more convenient teaching resources and environment, and to make college students more aware Different aspects of society enhance their concern for social disadvantage and give positive help.
