國小啟聰教育教師性別平等教育實施現況與支援需求之研究

Research on teaching Needs of gender equity education of teachers for Students with Hearing Impairment in Elementary School

摘要


本研究旨在了解國民小學啟聰教育教師性別平等教育實施現況和所需支援之需求以及遭遇的困難。以自編的「國小啟聰教育教師性別平等教育實施現況與支援需求之研究問卷」針對全台各縣市37班59位國小啟聰教育教師為對象進行調查,進行資料收集和分析。問卷內容包括教師個人背景變項,以及「整體實施情形」、「教材教具」、「實施方式」、「行政支援」、「進修內容」、「實施困難程度與原因」。本研究統計所得結果論述如下:一、在課程中實施性別平等教育的教師有72%,教學目標會視學生的能力與需求而定;教材教具以視聽多媒體最多;教學方式以角色扮演、示範模仿為多數;受限於聽障學生的學習特性,課程實施最困難的是性安全。二、在整體支援需求中,平均需求等級為高。教學現況課程實施多者,需求等級也呈現高的需求。根據研究發現與結論,研究者提出研發教具,提供教師手語訓練、研習課程等,行政提供協助等,供教育行政機關、學校與教師及未來研究之參考。

The main purpose of this research is to investigate the gender equity education and the support needs of the teachers who teaching students with hearing impairment in elementary school. A self-developed investigational questionnaire was conducted to 59 hearing impaired special self-contained classroom teachers and school for hearing impaired teachers about their demands for gender equity education. The main findings are summarized as follows: First, there were 72.88% of the teachers who had incorporated gender equity education in teaching activity. Second, the needs of gender equity education were high. Based on the findings of this study, suggestions for the governmental institution of education and teachers were proposed. Guidelines for future studies were also suggested.
