以職能基礎觀點探討訓練導遊人員課程設計之研究

From Competency-Based Perspectives to Explore the Study on the Design of Tour Guides Course

摘要


本研究首先透過「文獻回顧」及「深度訪談法」探究導遊人員的工作任務及職責,並探究導遊應俱備哪些專業能力,以及其中需要包括哪些特質、知識及技能。再經由「內容分析法」及「編輯式分析法」,並配合勞動部勞動力發展署訂定之職能基準(OCS)發展流程,從而建構導遊人員之職能模式表,藉此解導遊人員主要職責、工作任務、工作產出、行為指標以及職能內涵(KSA)等職能因子。之後參照勞動部勞動力發展署訂定之職能導向課程發展步驟,以「基礎概念」及「實務操作」為導遊人員訓練課程進行設計及規劃,並提出研究結論做為日後教育訓練之參考,並提供未來發展與改善之建議。

This research first explores the work tasks and responsibilities of tour guides through "document review" and "in-depth interview method", and explores what professional capabilities a tour guide should have, and what characteristics, knowledge and skills need to be included in it. Then through the "content analysis method" and "edited analysis method", in conjunction with the functional benchmark (OCS) development process set by the Labor Development Agency of the Ministry of Labor, the function model table of tour guides can be constructed to explain the main responsibilities and work of tour guides Functional factors such as tasks, work output, behavior indicators, and functional connotation (KSA). Afterwards, with reference to the function-oriented curriculum development steps set by the Labor Development Agency of the Ministry of Labor, the "basic concepts" and "practical operations" are used to design and plan the training courses for tour guides, and the research conclusions are put forward as references for future education and training, and provide for the future Suggestions for development and improvement.
