摘要


策略性社会责任是企业可持续发展及增加企业形象的重要基础。而企业社会资本和企业社会责任在价值目标等方面有交叉核融合之处。来自社会关系网络中的社会资本认为,承担社会责任是企业可以选择的一种理性行为。但同时认为企业承担社会责任并不会研究结果显示:策略性社会责任对企业竞争优势有显著负向关系。企业社会资本的综合指标对策略性社会责任与企业竞争优势之间的关系起到了正向促进的作用;从企业社会资本的不同维度指标来看,各维度对策略性社会责任与企业竞争优势的关系调节作用是不一致的,其中关系维度1即RE1的加入正向加强了两者之间的关系,而认知维度指标的加入则是削弱了两者之间的关系。

Strategic social responsibility is an important foundation for the sustainable development of enterprises and the enhancement of corporate image.
