精實創業－以3D冰淇淋機為例

摘要

根據中小企業白皮書（2015）發布資料顯示，臺灣的產業結構以中小企業為主。然而，現今創業環境面對全球的競爭力，創業家撰寫創業計畫的期間，市場可能產生很大的變化，計畫推出隨時可能遭遇失敗。對於創業家或投資人來說，資金耗損是個風險的負擔，也不想等到資金散盡，才開始去了解顧客的需求。本研究以「3D冰淇淋機」為例，藉由「精實創業」（Lean Startup）流程模式及系統化創新40發明原理，實際於市場驗證。結合40發明原理以問題為導向的創新思維模式，在現有的知識庫中尋找並解決問題。用科學方法、創新的量化評估方式來提高創業成功率。

Faced with today's globally competitive business environment, during writing a formal business plan, the market may have a significant change in plans to launch at any time may fail. For entrepreneurs or investors, do not want to wait until cleared funds, we began to understand what the customer needs are. I hope that through scientific methods, quantitative assessment of innovative ways to improve the success rate of entrepreneurship. This research, ＂3D ice cream machine,＂ for example, combined with ＂lean entrepreneurship＂ (Lean Startup) systematic innovation model and principles of the invention 40 in actual market-proven, so that we really know the needs of customers, while new technologies quickly into the market and thus improve the success rate of entrepreneurship.
