根據中小企業白皮書(2015)發布資料顯示,臺灣的產業結構以中小企業為主。而現今創業環境面對全球的競爭力,創業家撰寫創業計畫的期間,市場可能產生很大的變化,計畫推出隨時可能遭遇失敗,因此,舊有的行銷及管理方式必定不適合用在新的任務上。很多人往往會被一個看似完善的創業計畫及經營策略所迷惑。對於創業家或投資人來說,資金耗損是個風險的負擔,也不想等到資金散盡,才開始去了解顧客的需求。 本研究以「3D冰淇淋機」為例,藉由「精實創業」(Lean Startup)流程及系統化創新40發明原理,實際於市場驗證。結合40發明原理以問題為導向的創新思維模式,在現有的知識庫中尋找並解決問題。用科學方法、創新的量化評估方式來提高創業成功率。 從動機的發想開始,為了解決便利店在販售冰淇淋時,無法做出標準大小及形狀的冰淇淋,導致結帳時心裡會不平衡的負面影響。筆者運用工業管理的自動化概念來解決,若能與自動化設備整合在一起,可實現無人化的自動販賣並提供24小時連續的服務。便能大幅度提昇在操作冰淇淋機的供給效率。

In order to solve the ice cream in the convenience store selling ice cream, it is impossible to make the standard size and shape of the ice cream, resulting in the checkout when the heart will not balance the negative impact. I use the concept of industrial automation to solve the automation, if integrated with automation equipment, can achieve unattended vending and provide 24-hour continuous service. The supply efficiency of the ice cream machine can be greatly improved.
