“另类”之相：华北根据地“非婚关系”问题新探

摘要

作为社会改造实践中的一项重要内容，“非婚关系”问题历来是华北根据地各级政权社会治理的重点之所在，但是在社会经济结构尚未完全改变之前，传统的客观存在与主观意识依然是影响乡村民众行为选择的基本逻辑，再加上身体的象征性与资本化，以及婚姻政策执行过程中的一些偏差，使得华北根据地的“非婚关系”问题一直无法得到彻底解决。其实，从传统、身体、政策三个维度来看，华北根据地的“非婚关系”问题并不能仅仅以所谓的“腐化”，抑或“落后”而加以论之。传统、身体、政策与“非婚关系”问题的相互纠结、共同作用，折射出妇女解放事业的任重而道远。

As an important part of the social morality construction, the problem of ＂extramarital relationship＂ has always been the focus of rectification of the government at all levels. But before the complete change of social and economic structure, the traditional objective existence and subjective consciousness still influenced the behavior choice of rural people. In addition, the symbolic meaning and capitalization of the body, and some negative effect of the implementation of marriage policy made the problem of ＂extramarital relationship＂ unsolved. In fact, from the perspective of tradition, body and policy, the problem of ＂extramarital relationship＂ can't be regarded merely as the so-called ＂corruption＂ and ＂backwardness＂ in the Bases and Liberated Areas of North China. The tradition, body, policy and the problem of ＂extramarital relationship＂ were intertwined, which showed that women's liberation still has a long way to go.
