商周□、寻、谭诸地的纠葛及相关历史问题之检讨

An Investigation on the Locations of You(□),Xun(寻)and Tan(谭)and Related Historical Issues in Shang and Zhou Dynasties

摘要

卜辞□（□、□）、寻（□、□）、谭（□）诸地，尽管读音相近，但所指实不相同。□地在鲁中泰安东南，或与商周时期的姒姓斟（寻阝）氏相关；寻地在鲁北章丘附近，殆为子姓（寻阝）氏的族居地；谭地在鲁东沂水县北部，即《春秋》经传所记谭子国的所在地。此类卜辞地名的考定，有助于武丁时期军政大事及商代民族等重大问题的重新梳理，过去所论定的西部族群，如土方、□方和方方等，都应该在殷墟以东区域寻找。

In the oracle inscriptions, You(□), Xun(寻)and Tan(谭),though having similar pronunciation, refer to different places. The location of You(□)is to the south-east of Tai'an(泰安), and perhaps being associated with the Zhenxun(斟鄩)clan. The place of Xun(寻)is in the precinct of Zhangqiu(章丘),arguably the settlement of the Xun(鄩)clan which is related to Shang's royal family. Tan(谭)is located in the north of the Yishui(沂水)County, namely the location of Tan Zi(谭子)State as recorded in the Spring and Autumn Annals. An investigation on these places helps to reexamine the major military and political affairs during the period of King Wuding(武丁)and the ethnic issues in the Shang Dynasty. On this account, we should turn to Shandong, to the east of Shang's capital, to find such western tribes as Tufang(土方), Gongfang(□方)and Fangfang(方方).
