In this paper, Nanjing Medicine-Speed Technology Co., Ltd. designed an intelligent unmanned medicine cabinet through analysis of the existing market, consumers and competitors, and was committed to solving people's long way to buy medicines, cumbersome medicine procedures, and pharmacies. Meanwhile, the company made marketing plans for the product business model, formulated STP strategies and marketing strategies, and finally evaluated market risks and propose countermeasures.
