Research on Practical Training Management Platform of Higher Vocational Colleges based on PDCA Model

摘要


The shortcomings of higher vocational colleges in practical training management are summarized, the functional framework of practical training management platform of higher vocational colleges are built, which as the theoretical research basis of higher vocational education management. On the basis of the PDCA model, the functional framework of the training management platform is proposed, the management elements of practical training in higher vocational colleges are described, and various influencing factors in the training management platform are analyzed. The major, medium, and minor contradictions that affect the practical training management platform are grasped, which are listed one by one, form tree diagram or fishbone diagram are formed to determine the main factors affecting the practical training management platform, and effective measures are taken to adjust and help enhance the construction capacity of higher vocational colleges. The openness extent of the practical training room is improved, the utilization ratio of practical training equipment is increased, the information management of the practical training management platform is realized, the workload of practical training instructors and practical training manager is reduced, management efficiency is improved, the standard and scientific operation of practical teaching are ensured and the training quality of talent is improved.
