本研究旨在探討技專校院學生升學與就業價值觀的內涵及分析不同背景技專校院學生在升學與就業價值觀重要程度差異情形。為達研究目的,首先透過文獻整理與分析,探討升學與就業價值觀的相關概念與內涵,並據以建立研究的整體架構。 研究者調查實施以技專校院學生為母群體,發展自編問卷為工具,同時按照就讀類別分層比例抽樣,共計回收565份有效問卷。所使用的統計分析方法主要包括:t-考驗及單因子變異數分析(ANOVA)。所得結果歸納如下: 不同性別(男與女)、不同學校隸屬(公立與私立)、不同就讀類別(工業、商業、農業、家事、海事水產、醫護) 、不同居住地區(都會區與非都會區) 、不同就讀經濟來源(自己工作與家人提供)的同學在升學與就業價值觀構面與細項的重要程度有著顯著差異存在。 最後,本研究依據研究發現與結論,分別從學生個人、學校、政府相關單位等三方面,以及後續研究提出具體之建議。
This study aimed to explore the content of technical and vocational college students’ viewpoints on seeking a higher degree or taking up employment upon graduation, and to analyze significant differences these two aspects as well. For the purpose to be fulfilled, the researcher utilized literature review to examine relevant concepts as a skeleton of the thesis. With the exercise of a self-designed questionnaire as a tool, technical and vocational college students were selected as a population group in the survey. On the other hand, the stratified ratio sampling, in which a total of 565 copies of questionnaire ere subsequently responded was also adopted according to the categories of their majors. The main application of statistical analyses involves: t-test and one-way factor variance analysis(ANOVA). The main finding was as follows: The students’ viewpoints to advanced study and employment were significant differences according to their different back ground as genders (male/female), institutes(public/private), specialized fields (industry/business/agricultural science/home economics/marine science & aquaculture/medical science & nursing), residential areas (urban/suburban), financial aids(independent/dependent on family). Lastly, based on the findings and the conclusions, some concrete recommendations were proposed from three parts respectively: students, school authorities, and related government organizations, in addition to further exploration.
