本研究主要探討青年的內外控人格特質、就業力與職涯自我管理的相互關聯性,以及個人感受工作不安全感對內外控人格特質、就業力與職涯自我管理調節效果。本研究以19歲以上在職青年為對象,採用問卷調查法,採立意抽樣,共回收404份有效問卷,並藉由AMOS及SPSS統計軟體進行檢驗。經統計分析後,研究結果發現: 1.就業力構面中的「專業力」對「職涯自我管理」有正向影響。 2.就業力構面中的「洞察力」對「職涯自我管理」有正向影響。 3.就業力構面中的「適應力」對「職涯自我管理」有正向影響。 4.就業力構面中的「合作力」對「職涯自我管理」有正向影響。 5.就業力構面中的「平衡力」對「職涯自我管理」有正向影響。 6.個人「感受工作不安全感」對「洞察力」與「職涯自我管理」關係有調節作用。
The purpose of the study was to realize associations among locus of control, employability and career self-management of the youth worker and the moderating effects of one’s job insecurity on locus of control, employability and career self-management. In this study, the researcher used questionnaire investigation and purposive sampling to collect 404 valid questionnaires from the youth worker whose ages are between nineteen and twenty-nine years old. The data of questionnaires had been processed for statistical analysis under the “SPSS” and “AMOS” statistics packaging software. The conclusions of study are as following: All the dimension of career self-management, such as occupational expertise, the capability of insight, career adaptability, the ability of cooperation, balance have statistically significant positive association with career self-management; job insecurity has mediating effect on the capability of insight and career self-management.
