Comparative Study on 5S Self-management Model of College Students based on Factor Analysis

摘要


In the management of colleges and universities, it is an important link to strengthen the self-management of college students. At present, due to the lack of experience in self-management and the low level of self-management ability, college students are vulnerable to the guidance of bad social atmosphere, which affects their cultivation of the personality quality of courage, self-confidence, honesty and responsibility, and will have a negative effect on their future life path. As the carrier of College Students' growth, colleges and universities shoulder the important mission of educating people. Therefore, we should build the 5S management mode of College Students' self-management, apply the 5S management of enterprises to the management of colleges and universities, and cultivate the good habits of life and learning of college students by building the 5S management mode of College Students' self-management. Based on the five contents of 5S management, such as sorting, rectifying, cleaning, cleaning and literacy, this paper establishes an evaluation system of dormitory self-management ability with 20 indicators. Through factor analysis method, the application effect of 5S management in dormitory management of college students is compared and analyzed, and the change of dormitory management of college students before and after the implementation of 5S management is explored.
