摘要

Only by doing a good job in student management can colleges and universities promote students' talent and all‐round development, and then better achieve the objectives of education and talent training. In the new era, college students have distinct personality and enhanced self‐awareness and right awareness. Student management should be reformed according to changes. Student management is people‐oriented and meets the development needs of contemporary college students. Therefore, this paper studies the management strategy based on this.
