Analysis of Development of Retail Enterprises under Digital Economy

摘要


With the implementation of the national development of digital economy strategy, the traditional development mode of retail enterprises shows obvious inadaptability, and the business development of China's retail enterprises is facing new opportunities and challenges, which has new ideas on how to promote the business development of retail enterprises. Based on the background of digital economy development, the development of digital economy is analyzed, from the three important factors: strategy development, retail enterprise innovation and internal control, the internal control of prediction, control, supervision, the theoretical analysis of digital economy on retail business development. In view of the operation and development status of retail enterprises under the new situation, this paper discusses the optimization path of the operation and development of retail enterprises under the digital economy with the four aspects of different transformation, innovation mode, organizational efficiency and asset management as the entry point. Finally, this paper concludes that the digital transformation of retail enterprises under the digital economy is the inevitable trend of realizing sustainable business development.
