This paper solves the company's evaluation and optimization of talent data processing by establishing and solving data models. For the distribution of talents, use the AHP to evaluate and analyze the distribution of talents in various departments of the company. For the quality evaluation of talents, specific evaluation indicators of talents are obtained through the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.
