With the rapid development of the economy and the rapid and comprehensive popularization of higher education, coupled with the influence of external environmental factors in recent years, the employment situation of Chinese college graduates has become increasingly severe. Referring to relevant literature, the structure of the evaluation index system for the employment quality of college graduates was determined, which takes into account working conditions, growth space, labor relations, welfare benefits, and corporate attitudes. The weight of the index was determined using a combination of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Entropy Weight Method (EWM), and the final evaluation index system for the employment quality of college graduates based on AHP-EWM was obtained. The results indicate that the three most important indicators for measuring the quality of graduates' employment are career development prospects, job salaries, and learning and training.
