各品種肉羊肥育經濟性狀之研究

3月齡離乳之87.5%波爾雜交閹公羊、撒能閹公羊、阿爾拜因閹公羊、努比亞雜交閹公羊與台灣山羊閹公羊，以75%精料與25%苜蓿粒進行離乳至出售之飼養試驗，以探討肉羊最適的肥育出售體重與經濟效益。結果顯示，5品種閹公羊之平均日增重及飼料換肉率，於9月齡至1歲齡時有較佳的效率，1歲齡後各品種肉羊平均日增重及飼料換肉率顯著變差。調查閹公羊之最適肥育出售體重及時間點時發現，87.5%波爾雜交閹公羊於12月齡至13月齡間，體重達62kg時出售最符合經濟效益。撒能閹公羊於13月齡至14月齡間，體重同樣達62kg時出售最符合經濟效益。阿爾拜因閹公羊於12月齡至13月齡間，體重達60kg時出售最符合經濟效益。努比亞雜交閹公羊於12月齡至13月齡間，體重達58kg時出售最符合經濟效益。而台灣山羊閹公羊於12月齡至13月齡間，體重達42kg時出售最符合經濟效益。在預估總生產成本時發現，各品種閹公羊肥育至55kg，其每公斤活體之總生產成本是介於135.1元與150.6元之間。各品種閹公羊肥育至65kg，則其每公斤活體重之總生產成本略降至129.9元與138.5元之間。而各品種閹公羊肥育至75kg之時，因閹公羊飼料換肉率變差，導致其每公斤活體重之總生產成本，與閹公羊肥育至65kg之時並無太大差異。本試驗飼養閹公羊的飼料總成本，可由閹公羊的體重、聯合報上的玉米港口牌價及市售苜蓿粒價格推算得知，其為飼料總成本=（7.2848*閹公羊體重–107.15）*〔（0.9796*玉米港口牌價+3.0354）*0.75+市售苜蓿粒價格*0.25〕。因此本試驗閹公羊飼養至45kg、55kg、65kg、75kg每公斤平均總生產成本，可分別被計算為148.0元、140.1元、134.6元及130.5元。此推算值均落在本試驗真正飼養數據之內。顯示如以精料與苜蓿粒肥育肉羊時，可以依本試驗之計算公式，預估肥育肉羊之總生產成本。

Five different castrated goats of 87.5% hybrid of Boer, Saanen, Alpine, Nubian hybrid and Taiwan native were fattened for evaluating economic benefit on suitable marketing weight. Results showed that the average daily gains weight of five different breeds were increased before yearling. But the average daily gain weights of five different breeds were rapidly decreased after yearling. The best timing of selling 87.5% hybrid of Boer was at twelve to thirteen months when they reached 62 kg of body weight. This was followed by 13-14 months of Saanen at 62 kg ; 12-13 months of Alpine at 60 kg; 12-13 months of Nubian hybrids at 58 kg and 12-13 months of Taiwan native at 42 kg espectively. The total costs of these goats at 55 kg body weight were around 135.1 to 150.6 N.T. dollars per kg live weight. The total costs of live weight per kg of these goats decreased to 129.9 to 138.5 N.T., when these goat reached 65 kg body weight in this experiment by this feeding model. The total costs of live weight per kg of these goats can be estimated by a formula, whose factors only included body weight of goat, corn price at harbor and alfalfa price at market. The estimated value, which can be used by farmers to realize the production cost of fatten castrated goat, is almost the same as the value on this feeding experiment by this feeding model.
