雲端監控訓練對大專鐵人三項選手運動表現之影響

Cloud Training Monitoring System Effect on Collegiate Triathlete Performance

摘要


緒論:雲端監控將訓練內容以系統性記錄,針對運動表現及訓練知覺回饋做數據化的資料蒐集。本研究目的在觀察使用雲端監控是否能提升鐵人三項選手專項運動表現。方法:本研究以16位大專鐵人三項選手為受試者,進行16週訓練監控,實驗採前後測控制設計,受試者分為實驗組雲端監控8名,控制組被動監控8名。研究期間,分別監控兩組選手訓練數據資料,每週填寫一次盤斯心理量表。運動表現評估以游泳400公尺、自由車10公里、跑步3公里為檢測專項能力。結果:研究結果顯示雲端監控對鐵人三項專項表現無顯著差異,每週平均完成訓練總時數也無差異,但研究發現在盤斯心理量表中,實驗組在困惑、活力、憤怒、緊張、沮喪等因素皆顯著低於控制組。結論:雲端監控訓練對大專鐵人三項選手的心理層面有助益,推論與選手主動檢視訓練成果,而獲得較多自我反思有關。

Introduction: The Cloud Monitoring System for Training, systematically tracks and records training sessions, collecting data regarding sports performance and training perception feedback for analysis. This study observed whether triathlete sports performance can be improved using the Cloud Monitoring System for Training. Methods: Sixteen collegiate triathletes were recruited to participate in the 16 week training and monitoring period. The study adopted the pretest-posttest control group design. Eight triathletes in the experimental group were monitored using the Cloud Monitoring System for Training while the other eight triathletes in the control group were monitored in the traditional way. Training data were monitored, POMS (Profile of Mood State) scale were also administrated on both groups. Sports performance assessments were triathlon related tests: 400 meters swimming, 10 km cycling, and three km running. Results: No significant differences were found on triathlon performances between the two groups. There were no differences between the two groups on total training hours completed per week. Nonetheless, the results suggested the experimental group scored significantly lower than the control group in confusion, vigor, anger, tension, and depression factors in the POMS scale. Conclusion: Implementing the Cloud Monitoring System for Training is psychologically beneficial for collegiate triathletes. This may result from athletes inclined to review their own training data and therefore are more self-reflective.
