摘要

在建构中国人权话语体系时，应警惕把西方经验作为普世的人权标准，避免在人权话语上的“自我东方化”，从而确立以中国为方法的人权话语体系，即形成自主原创又能进行国际对话、具有民族性又具有普遍性的中国人权话语体系。建构中国人权话语体系需要实现对“西方中心主义”和“自我东方化”的双重超越，以中国的经验作为方法和立场，秉持“文明相容的人权观”，调适人权普遍性和特殊性的关系，探求世界人权发展中的中国道路，促进跨文化人权交流和互鉴，为世界人权发展提供更多可供选择的路径。

When constructing China's human rights discourse system, we should be wary of taking Western experience as the universal human rights standard, avoiding ＂Self-Orientation＂, thereby a human rights discourse system based on China as method will be established, which is independent and original as well as capable of international dialogue, and is both national and universal. The construction of China's human rights discourse system needs to achieve the double transcendence of ＂Western-Centrism＂ and ＂Self-Orientation＂, using China's experience as the method and position, upholding the ＂view of human rights on compatible civilization＂, adjusting the relationship between universality and particularity of human rights, and exploring the Chinese way in the development of human rights in the world. Its construction is the process to promote cross-cultural human rights exchanges and mutual learning, and to provide more alternative paths for the development of human rights in the world.
