When constructing China's human rights discourse system, we should be wary of taking Western experience as the universal human rights standard, avoiding "Self-Orientation", thereby a human rights discourse system based on China as method will be established, which is independent and original as well as capable of international dialogue, and is both national and universal. The construction of China's human rights discourse system needs to achieve the double transcendence of "Western-Centrism" and "Self-Orientation", using China's experience as the method and position, upholding the "view of human rights on compatible civilization", adjusting the relationship between universality and particularity of human rights, and exploring the Chinese way in the development of human rights in the world. Its construction is the process to promote cross-cultural human rights exchanges and mutual learning, and to provide more alternative paths for the development of human rights in the world.
