國軍形象與服務品質對從軍意願影響之研究－以花蓮地區高中職為例

摘要

隨著我國社會環境變遷，我國的人口少子女化及高齡化，使得青壯人力逐年減少，可以徵役男人數逐漸不足，軍隊無法繼續維持現有兵力規模。因此兵役制度規劃將由募徵併行制朝向募兵制轉型。另外21世紀軍事的前瞻需求，爭取高素質人力，也是國軍當前建軍備戰重大課題。由於軍隊是一個國家及政府生存極必要的組成之一，也是國家存亡之最後防線。在防衛任務不容懈怠，而人力卻不斷縮編的情況下，提升人員素質是維繫國軍戰力之不二法門。本文主要在探討國軍形象與服務品質對從軍意願之影響，藉以了解高中職學生對從軍意願的影響因素，並且以花蓮地區高中職應屆畢業生為研究對象。使用之方式為問卷調查，在資料分析上，使用傳統統計方式，先進行信度及效度分析後，再經由敘述性方式、單因子變異數分析、Pearson相關分析及迴歸分析三種統計方法實際的分析，得到國軍形象對從軍意願的影響有顯著正向影響，服務品質對從軍意願的影響有顯著正向影響，可以做為國軍招募人才時的參考。

With the changes in my country's social environment, our country's population with fewer children and an aging population has reduced the number of young and strong manpower year by year, and the number of men who can be conscripted is gradually insufficient, and the military cannot continue to maintain its current size. Therefore, the military service system plan will be transformed from the concurrent recruitment system to the recruitment system. In addition, looking ahead to the military needs of the 21st century, and striving for high-quality manpower is a major issue for the current military construction and preparation of the national army. Since the military is a country, the survival of the government is extremely important. One of the necessary components is also the last line of defense for the survival of the country. In a situation where the defense task cannot be slackened and the manpower is constantly being reduced, improving the quality of personnel seems to be the only way to maintain the national military's combat effectiveness. The paper mainly discusses a study on the military's image and service quality toward the willingness and influence to join the army, hoping to understand the influencing factors of senior high and vocational school students on the willingness and influence to join the army, and take the senior high and vocational school graduates in Hualien as the research object and conduct a questionnaire survey. For data analysis, use statistical method to calculate, the reliability, validity, narrative statistical analysis, independent sample t test, single-factor analysis of variance, Pearson correlation analysis, and regression analysis. After actual analysis, it can obtain the military's image has a significant positive impact on the willingness and influence to join the army, and the service quality has a significant positive impact on the willingness and influence to join the army, which can be used as a reference when recruiting talents for the national army.
