The study applied Analytic Hierarchy Process for designing questionnaire to collect measure dimensions for chain pharmacy store expansion strategies data, the respondents contain single pharmacy operators, executives and professionals chain pharmacy operations including business owners, executives and managers, through the statistical software package to calculate the weight values of evaluation dimensions and items. The results showed that "Physical Environment" dimension is most attentive, "Store Location" dimension, followed by "Business District" dimension of again. Order to the degree of attention the evaluation items is "Parking Convenience", "Store Rents", "Crowd", "Spending Power", "Ease to Cargo", "Competitor", "Traffic Convenience", "Visibility" and "Payback Period" are more neglected. This study proposes 5 specific suggestions as considerations of chain pharmacies during expansion.
本文以層次分析法做連鎖藥店門店擴張策略的研究,首先收集連鎖藥店門店擴張策略數據的構面,包括地理環境、醫藥環境及商店位置區三個構面。評構面的評估項目為競爭對手、消費能力、投資回報率、店面租金、貨物便利性、停車便利性、能見度、群眾及交通便利性九項。接著設計問卷實施問卷調查。受訪者包括單體藥店經營者、高管和專業連鎖藥店經營者,企業主、高管和經理。經由層次分析軟體的計算,得出的構面顯示醫學環境的構面最受關注。而評估項目根據關注程度依次為停車便利性、店面租金、群眾、消費能力、貨物便利性、競爭對手、交通便利性、能見度及投資回報率。根據以上之分析結果提出五項具體的建議,做為連鎖藥店在擴張過程中的參考。
