服務學習是新的教學法,能深化與運用所學知識,並彰顯大學社會責任。本研究目的在於探討大學生參與服務學習知覺品質管制與效能表現之關係。研究方法採問卷調查法,調查對象為南部9所公私大學參與服務學習學生,問卷獲得的有效樣本513份。統計方法使用T檢定、單因子變異數分析、積差相關分析、典型相關分析、迴歸分析與結構方程模式進行數據資料分析。研究結果發現,大學生參與服務學習知覺品質管制與效能表現之各層面具有顯著性差異;不同服務學習類型對品質管制與效能表現呈顯著差異;品質管制與效能表現間有顯著相關且互動關係佳;品質管制會直接且正向影響效能表現;品質管制對效能表現的結構模式適配度佳。最後,根據研究發現針對大學生、輔導或負責單位與未來研究若干建議提供參考。
Service learning was a new pedagogy that can deepen and apply the knowledge learned and demonstrate the social responsibility of the university. The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship of quality control and effectiveness for undergraduate service-learning perception. The study method in this study was used questionnaire survey. Total of 513 valid samples were collected from 9 southern private universities. T test, one-way ANOVA analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, canonical correlation analysis, regression analysis and SEM analysis were used to analyze data. Results showed as follows: 1. Students with different service-learning courses demonstrated a diversity of quality control and effectiveness. 2. There was positive correlation between quality control and effectiveness. 3. There was significant and positive effect of quality control on effectiveness. 4. The proposed SEM model for the service-learning quality control and effectiveness was good fit for the data. Based on the research findings, some suggestions for university student, school related units and future research directions of the study were provided.
