This study aims at exploring the relationships among experiences in service learning courses and learning effectiveness of Chihlee University of Technology students. Questionnaires about experiences in service learning courses and learning effectiveness were used. A total of 589 samples were collected from Chihlee University of Technology, based on lists of students of 2020 academic year. The data were analyzed by statistical methods, including descriptive statistics and multiple regression. he findings of this study were as follows: 1. The "preparation stage" and "course satisfaction" in the service learning process experience could explain the significant explanatory power of their basic core literacy, which is 62.5% to predict the important changes of the basic core literacy; 2. The "service stage", "reflection stage", "celebration stage" and "course satisfaction" in the service learning process experience could explain the significant explanatory power of their service learning results, and their explanatory power is 65.1%.
